A modern pale ale built on extra pale malts with a little wheat, giving a slightly hazy straw-to-golden beer under a soft white foam. Generous doses of new-age hops including Citra, Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin bring waves of green melon, passionfruit and citrus over a subtle grassy bitterness. Fruit-forward hops, that grassy edge and a light to medium body add up to an especially cooling, refreshing pale ale.
