Barahsinghe Pilsner

A crisp, balanced premium dry-hopped lager, brewed with imported German malted barley, natural spring water and aromatic hops, showing floral and woody character. It is bottom-fermented, meaning fermentation happens at the base of the wort, and dry-hopped, with the extra hops added during fermentation rather than at mashing. Of all the brewery's beers, the Pilsner takes the longest to ferment.
