The rich, complex flavour here comes from marrying Lambic with an intense Kriek expression, drawing on the age-old tradition of using Schaarbeekse cherries. It is made with 250 grams of Belgian-harvested Schaarbeek cherries per litre, a strongly flavoured fruit, so the gentle, slightly tart Lambic meets a very intense but balanced cherry character and finishes smooth and rounded.
