First Harvest Ale comes from the very first day's brew at the iconic Cascade Brewery, and was the first beer in Australia to use wet green hops, giving a fresh, vibrant, flavour-packed ale available only for a limited time. Fruit-driven flavours arrive with a slightly spicy tang on the nose, the mouthfeel is full with rich sweet malt and glints of caramel, and the bitterness catches up late and rides a long way home. Good all year round, though best saved for when you have time to savour it.
