CBCo Tropical Lager

A Munich lager base with more colour than most lagers, thanks to the subtle use of Vienna and crystal malts, which add light bready, biscuity notes without overwhelming the palate. The all-American hop lineup uses Centennial for clean bitterness and Mosaic in the whirlpool for its iconic tropical character. Slow fermented with a true lager yeast to keep it clean, then dry hopped with Idaho 7 and the experimental Bru-1 for fruit bowl and pineapple notes, before a long cold maturation in tank for maximum crispness.
