Chimay Red

The Red is the oldest of the Chimays. Its coppery colour and sweet, fruity character make for a particularly tasty dark ale, pouring dark under a lovely thick head. Raisin and fig show on both nose and tongue, which makes it a fine match for rich British puddings like spotted dick or Christmas pudding.
