Each year the Coopers brewing team puts out a unique seasonal ale, using only the finest ingredients: their own Coopers malt, prime seasonal hops and the brewery's cherished ale yeast. Distinctive and complex, it is good to drink now, or worth keeping upright in cellar conditions so the malty characters can come forward over time.
