LA CHOUFFE, slightly hoppy and combining fresh coriander with fruity tones, is what gives them their zest for life, or so the imps claim when thirsty. Their secret was jealously guarded from one generation to the next until the day they shared the recipe with humans to seal a friendship, and of all the legends of the Belgian Ardennes this is among the better ones.
