Windjammers were kings of the sea in the 19th century, built to carry cargo over long distances, and this beer is made in the same spirit. Australian and American hops are added at various points along the way to keep the India pale ale balanced and full flavoured. Big and bold in the American style, with juicy citrus and pine undertones and a firm bitterness at 60 IBU. An AIBA gold medal winner.
