Brothers Kye and Quinn Livingstone make the Ginger Kid, with Quinn drawing on a winemaking background to handcraft it in much the same way as wine. The winemaker's aim of extracting as much colour and flavour from the fruit as possible carries over, and the ginger beer tastes as one should: crisp, clean and strongly gingery.
