Insel Brauerei brewed this rare beer using two strains of lactic acid bacteria alongside a Biere Brut yeast, producing a surprisingly elegant fruit acidity, refreshing and fruity-effervescent much like a very dry cider. A beer for toasting and celebrating, and a genuine sour seduction. Made from brew water, barley malt, wheat malt, dextrose, natural hops and yeast, with the sugar fermented out during bottle conditioning.
