Brewed with a combination of Australian pale and crystal malts alongside generous servings of Tasmanian Galaxy and American Amarillo hops. A rich bronze beer with a big, nutty malt character, the sharp hop bite of Galaxy and a classic Amarillo citrus burst towards the end, which is presumably why the brewery has kept making it for a decade. Match it with sharp blue cheeses, aged cheddar or cured meats.
