La Trappe is the only Trappist brewery outside Belgium, and one of just seven still producing Trappist beer today. The Blond is golden, using the Trappist fermentation process to build an aromatic, fruity, fresh aroma. The flavour is lightly malty and slightly sweet, fresh and fruity with a hint of bitterness that fades quickly into a smooth finish.
