Zwick'l Kellerbier is a specialty beer with a light, delicate reddish colour. Being unfiltered it is slightly opaque, which means natural ingredients such as protein, brewer's yeast and other flavour carriers are fully retained and show up as a full-bodied, spicy flavour with finely balanced malt and bitter nuances. Good with roast pork, steak, pulled pork, or any meaty, fatty dish.
