First created as a Christmas surprise for the staff at Capilano by their board of directors, this handcrafted wheat beer with its unusual addition of pure light amber honey proved so popular that they had little choice but to offer it more widely. A light malt palate carries a distinct honey aroma and flavour plus a hint of bitterness, and it drinks clean, crisp and dry.
