Moo Brew IPA

The brewery said it would never make an IPA, because Moo Brew and Mona owner David Walsh is not into them. Then they made a limited release, made Walshie drink it, and were not fired. It also sold like hot cakes and won a swag of awards, so an IPA joined the core range, at a temptingly precise 6.66% alc/vol. It is light in colour, built on a well-balanced pale base malt bill.
