Pirate Life set out to pay homage to the most delicious of hops, and the plan was simple: keep the malt bill plain and let Mosaic do the talking. The result is exactly what the name suggests, a kaleidoscopic journey through tropical flavour, with Mosaic somehow managing to supply every flavour you could ask of a hop on its own, backed by a clean, light malt base.
