Every May since Stone & Wood began, alongside friends in the brewing industry, the brewery makes its woodfired porter in preparation for winter, on what it calls Stone Brew Day. It starts with a decadent porter built on dark roasted malts for coffee and dark chocolate flavour, then volcanic stones sourced nearby are heated on an open fire and added.
