This American-style IPA is layered with mandarin, drawn from a carefully selected hop bill plus a healthy serving of cold-pressed mandarins blended with orange peel liqueur. The result is a very drinkable, fruit-driven IPA with an assertive mandarin peel bitterness and a dry mouthfeel, and a fine winter IPA at that.
