Be specific about what you ordered, the quality of the food on arrival, packaging, portion size, and overall value. Can I review the same restaurant more than once?+

I accidentally posted a review or photo to the wrong restaurant. What should I do?+
No worries! You can delete the incorrect review from your profile and repost it to the correct restaurant. Go to your review history, find the mistaken entry, and remove it. Then navigate to the correct restaurant profile and post your review there. If you need help, contact our support team via Help Center > Contact Us and they can assist you.
Can I save or bookmark a review I found particularly helpful?+
If you find a review especially helpful, you can like it to show your appreciation and save the restaurant to your favourites for future reference. Liking reviews helps surface the most useful content for other diners and gives recognition to the reviewer. It is a simple but powerful way to support the community and keep track of great dining recommendations.
Can I write a review in a language other than English?+
You can write reviews in any language! We welcome contributions from all diners regardless of their preferred language. However, reviews in English tend to reach the widest audience in our current community. If you write in another language, your review will still be visible, valued, and moderated. Our moderation team reviews content across multiple languages to ensure quality and compliance with community guidelines.
Can I create themed lists or collections of my favourite restaurants?+
You can save restaurants to your favourites using the heart icon, which serves as your personal collection. While the app does not currently offer multiple custom lists (such as "Best Brunch Spots" or "Date Night Picks"), your favourites list makes it easy to keep track of all the places you love. If themed lists are a feature you would like to see, let us know via Profile > Help Center > Feedback - we love building features the community asks for!
Do my reviews appear on search engines like Google?+
Restaurant Reviews content may be indexed by search engines, meaning your public reviews could appear in Google or other search results when people look for the restaurant. This is a great way for your insights to reach an even wider audience. If you prefer more privacy, you can use a display name that does not reveal your full identity.
