However, you can invite friends to join Restaurant Reviews and they will start earning their own rewards immediately. If a restaurant closes permanently before you can redeem a voucher, contact our support team via Help Center > Contact Us. We will review the situation and, where possible, restore your Foodie Credits or offer an alternative reward. We understand how frustrating this can be and are committed to ensuring your contributions are always fairly rewarded.

Foodie Status, points, and credits are tied to your account and cannot be manually transferred to a new one. We strongly recommend keeping a single account and contacting support if you have access issues rather than creating a new one. If there are exceptional circumstances (such as a verified account compromise), our support team can review your case and determine the best course of action.
